David has been with TestSafe since 2002 and brings 36 years of accumulated electrical engineering experience to the organisation. He is closely involved with complex accident investigations and the certification of explosive protection equipment for intrinsic safety.
He has previously been employed in a wide variety of engineering organisations including BHP at Newcastle where he completed his trade and undertook his academic studies. His work has always involved instrument design and trouble shooting of equipment. He also has a detailed experience in the recording and editing of sound and vision, and is able to find scope for that in his work.
