Paul is a highly skilled fitter machinist and toolmaker with more than 22 years of experience, 9 years of which have been spent at TestSafe. He has also previously worked in his trade with a range of employers including Hoover, Plessey and Rheem. With the NSW Department of Education he worked as an instrument maker and then in Security Services as an installer of electronic surveillance systems. During this time he obtained an Australian Communication Authority Cabling Licence.

At TestSafe he takes pride in his work, an instance being the major repair of the 285 tonne Avery Laboratory Press.

Paul is also a NATA signatory for Drum friction testing on conveyor belts and has a forklift truck driving certificate.
