Tony has been working in the calibration environment for more than 28 years including 17 years with TestSafe and its predecessors, 3.5 years at the Qantas Calibration laboratory and 7.5 years at the RAAF Calibration Laboratory (on secondment from his then employer, AWA). He has also previously been employed for 9 years with Qantas as a ground engineer working on aircraft electronics.
The Calibration Unit tests the bulk of both TestSafe and WorkCover's scientific and engineering instrumentation.
Tony is a longstanding Member of the Metrology Society of Australia, has served on its National Committee, and currently serves on its NSW Committee. He holds a Class B Competent Persons Certificate for Shotfirers and associated Equipment and is currently undergoing assessment for NATA signatory status in a number of calibration functions.
