Electrical

Explosion protection of electrical equipment used in hazardous areas - TestSafe provides assessment and testing of a wide range of electrical equipment using the various techniques of explosion protection, including intrinsic safety, flameproof, increased safety, encapsulation, dust-excluding ignition-proof, non-sparking and special protection, including efficiency testing of electrical motors.

Physical

This area comprises, among others, mechanical, non-destructive and PPE testing, fire and explosion, accident investigations and research activities, including diesel particulate testing in a joint venture with Diesel Test Australia.

Repair Workshop

TestSafe operates a Class B Approved Workshop for the Overhaul and Repair of Shotfirers and Associated Apparatus.
