Complaints and appeals
Complaints regarding our service and appeals on certification decisions will be addressed by TestSafe as soon as possible and an initial response will be sent to the complainant within three working days of receipt of the complaint or appeal.
All complaints and appeals are to be sent to testsafe@safework.nsw.gov.au with as much detail as possible including the job reference. All complaints will be treated confidentially, and there shall be no unfair treatment or negative impact on the customer arising out of the complaint or appeal.
